This Barn has uniquely harmonious proportions that invite closer study. The Dunleavy barn was built to accommodate sheep in the New Jersey Hillsides. Featuring two gabled dormers on the backside, and one shed/wall dormer across the front, the upstairs lets in lots of light and has plenty of headroom. The Whale cupola perfectly punctuates the enigmatic charm.

A poured concrete aisle and poured concrete lean to’s serve to keep those trafficked areas clean and tidy. Read MoreThe Ward Barn is a small and sleek design featuring two horse stalls and a hayloft. With a 28 by 32’ footprint with the 8’ lean-to, and tongue and groove siding, the eye’s path along the accents of the cupola and windows, and standing seam roof is unencumbered from the battens of our usual style. To add to this effect, the color scheme is timeless yet bold. With a pent roof above the sliding doors on the gable end, the doors will stay more dry and the splash of color breaks up the design in a way that otherwise would be left to the rhythmic battens. One of our most requested points of departure designs, let the Ward barn inform your choices in the visual push and pull of your barn.
Read MoreWhile the Passarello Barn may not look like a modular, we can ration it out imagining the standard construction with a modification on the upper floor, using instead a gambrel roofline. The difference in the headroom that a two-stage roofline affords is astounding, and brings lots of character to the picture. The barn features a gable extension, and dutch doors along the gable end. Two pairs of traditional sliding barn doors grace the broad sides, with a driveway leading up to them, technically also making this into a bank barn. This barn exudes a sense of security among the elements, and practicality for sheltering horses.

Notice the half moon windows along the gable ends and dormers alike, and the big cupola to let natural light pour in to the top of the hayloft. A gable roof peak extension means the stylized haylof doors will stay dry while adding a flair to the structure.
The tack room is something to write home about, and it features a mini split hvac system for climate control within. Truly a multiuse barn with every feature considered and designed, we hope that the Aiton Barn will inspire your barn ambitions.
